Applying for your school with YWAM Belfast is easy. It will take you around 1-1.5 hours to fill out the application, and please have your passport nearby for the passport information section.
1 – Start by filling in the application form online (using the “Apply” button below). You will be able to save your form if you need a little more time to complete it. (You won’t need to make a JotForm account, just click the link “Skip create an account” once you have hit the save button.)
2 – Once you’ve submitted your application you will need to pay the £30 application fee. You can do this by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
3 – As a part of the application process you will need three referees. A close Christian friend, your pastor/church leader, and a teacher/employer. To send these, you will need their email address. Their responses will be filled out online, and will be sent directly to YWAM Belfast. Copy and Email the following links to your referees:

4 – A medical report will need to be filled out by yourself, and an additional form by the doctor/GP who holds your medical records. This form need to be printed, and your doctor will send both completed forms to us via post. Instructions on how to do this are included on the medical report. Click here to download the file:
5 – Police Clearance/Criminal Record Check: As a part of YWAM Belfast you will be working with children/young people and/or vulnerable adults. YWAM Belfast is required by law to have the necessary police checks completed before you can be accepted onto the course. Please contact us for more details on how to complete this: dts@ywambelfast.com.
6 – Applicants from outside of the UK/Ireland need to have a visa to train with us. You will need to take the cost of this into consideration and allow plenty of time to complete the application and visa process. If you are not a British or Irish citizen, we recommend you apply 3 months before the beginning of the school.
Our online application system is the easiest and quickest way to apply, but if you are somewhere without a good internet connection you can contact us and we’ll help you to find a solution.
